自己更像为一个手球运动员做陪练

　　6个月：宝宝对球的兴趣，一方面是专心地凝视这个圆圆的东西，另一方面是享受触摸、抓拿球的乐趣。所以，爸爸妈妈不妨给宝宝准备一些外型可爱又有不同质感的球，比如由不同材料拼接而成的布球，或者上面有小结的按摩皮球等。

　　12个月：此时，宝宝喜欢和你在地板上相对而坐，一起玩滚球的游戏。再过几天，他也许会具备扔球的能力，当然，都是无目的和目标的随便扔。但是他却不厌其烦，所以你也要准备足够的耐心帮他捡球。

　　18个月：大多数妈妈都觉得这段时间，自己更像为一个手球运动员做陪练。没错，宝宝现在已经是扔球的高手，技术熟练，而且很有力度。他不仅喜欢将球举过头顶再用力扔出去，还喜欢和你一起玩互相传球的游戏。

　　2岁：宝宝的投掷越来越精确了，现在他要开始一项更有难度的练习——用脚踢球、传球。重心低的优势，让他具备了足球运动员应有的素质，所以踢球这件事他很容易就能搞定，而且越踢越带劲。看来你这个陪练也要跟着换一下运动项目了。

　　3岁：你的运动小英雄已经有能力玩正规的足球或篮球了，有些宝宝还能准确地将球踢进球门。天气好的时候，不妨带他去运动场一展身手吧。

　　安全提示：对喜欢把手里的东西放到嘴里尝一尝的宝宝来说，那些颜色鲜艳、弹性十足的橡胶气球，或者晶莹透亮的玻璃球都不适适合他玩。任何直接小于4厘米的球类，都有引发异物窒息的可能，所以最好不好给宝宝玩。
